Meet Samuel Wiser, Co-Founder

Sam has spent nearly four decades working in the legal industry – first as a practicing attorney and then as a legal recruiter.

He’s been a partner with two law firms, a sole practitioner, a general counsel, and a legal aid attorney. Sam spent the greater portion of his legal career representing children, primarily students with a wide variety of physical, mental, and emotional impairments. As Legal Advisor for Orange County’s Guardian ad Litem program, he trained, counseled, and supervised Guardian ad Litem attorneys representing abused and neglected children, and he was appointed by the Juvenile Court to personally represent countless children with severe developmental disabilities.

A frequent speaker on education law issues, he presented to The Florida Bar and various organizations serving the needs of individuals with disabilities, and he was a Governor-appointed member of the Human Rights Advocacy Committee for the Developmentally Disabled.

Following the birth of his twin daughters (he now has three daughters), he left a highly demanding law practice to become a legal recruiter. As a 20-year veteran of legal recruiting, Sam has been privileged to work with some of the world’s most respected law firms. He takes considerable pride in having helped those firms attract, hire, and retain extraordinary talent at all levels, and he is immensely grateful to be able to now spend his days helping other attorneys find genuine fulfillment in their own legal careers.
